Fill this plastic mould with water and pop it into the freezer. 24 hours later you'll have the "ice of the party". Pour your favourite muscle relaxer into the top and catch at the bottom of the run...with your glass or mouth!

Please Note
Be careful when removing the Ice Luge from the tray - you may need to place in warm water to loosen the Ice Luge
from the tray.
Leave in the freezer at least 24 hours before the party. Freeze times vary depending on the model of Freezer, so it may be best to do a practice run first to gauge how long it will take.
